On the 10^th June 2015, the JA-CHRODIS partners working on multimorbidity held their second partners’ meeting in Treviso, Italy. The meeting provided partners with an opportunity to review the activities performed during the first year of JA-CHRODIS, to assess the ongoing works and to plan the next steps for future action. Considerable time was also devoted to the discussion of performed and planned activities and to the presentation of new proposals.
