Objectives of the meeting

• to get accounted with the latest updates from the biggest JA tackling the burden non-communicable diseases and review innovative practice examples that are implemented by concrete pilot site in the different CHRODIS PLUS work packages;
• to discuss how Prevention and Management of Non-Communicable Diseases post 2020 and potential EU funding strategy could be aligned with the activities at the national level;
• to take further steps in creation of common vision and high level response to the burden of non-communicable diseases;
• to discuss the possible scenario of the Steering Group on Promotion and Prevention (SGPP) “structured dialogue” with CHRODIS PLUS on the sustainability and future;
• to give feedback on the structure and content of the survey (for SGPP members), as well as to discuss on how to gain the maximum results from the survey optimising the efforts;
• to visit a Pilot site at ST. MICHAEL SCHOOL, KINDERGARTEN in Malta and get sight of ToyBox good practice implementation in Malta;
