Work package 5 “Good practices in the field of health promotion and chronic disease prevention across the life cycle” is performing five key tasks, each of them led by different work package partners – see below.

Country reviews on e.g. existing policies and mechanisms, also in relation to the identification of good practice, in the area of health promotion and primary prevention in partner countries. The country reviews also set out  gaps and needs in this area. (2014)
