This workshop is to evaluate internally the implementation activity of the Greek partners involved in CHRODIS PLUS. This workshop offers an opportunity to the partners to invite policy makers, polititians andvpatients to discuss the value of this project and to build a strategy to sustain the project results after the CHRODIS PLUS project.
