Towards better prevention, management and care.
For its final conference, JA-CHRODIS organised a one and a half day event which took place in Brussels on the 27th-28th of February.
The first half-day focused on JA-CHRODIS work and outputs, and explored how the outcomes of this European collaboration can be used and taken up.
Joining forces and moving forward for better health policies across Europe
The second day focused on the bigger picture of the challenge of chronic diseases and on how to champion health policies across Europe.
