Health promotion interventions in type 2 diabetes

Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, and to improve their health. It moves beyond a focus on individual behaviour towards a wide range of social and environmental interventions. The paper addresses the most commonly used health promotion interventions for people with type 2 diabetes, and the related quality criteria and indicators.

This paper is part of a series of publications on diabetes, published in October 2015 in the Italian Annali. Click here to access the preface and the other articles.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
