The JA-CHRODIS final meeting on Diabetes was held in Rome on the 20th-21th of October 2016.
The conference aimed to draw key lessons from the activities and achievements of the WP on diabetes. Different sessions addressed the prevention and management of chronic diseases, the quality of care and the gender perspective of national policies and plans on prevention and management of diabetes.
Good practices and next steps were also discussed.
