6th JA-CHRODIS WP5 meeting

The final WP5 meeting was held in Lisbon, on Monday, 21 and Tuesday, 22 November in Lisbon.
The two-day event provided an opportunity to take stock of the results of the health promotion study visits and to discuss the recommendations about transferability of good practices.
