We are happy to inform you that our colleagues Marina Maggini and Jelka Zaletel (leaders of work package Prevention & Care) contributed to the European Wound Management Association Journal with the article focused on recommendations to improve health care for people with chronic diseases.
Recommendations were defined to support implementation of high-quality practices on health promotion, prevention, care management, education and training. The recommendations constitute a tool for wide range of stakeholders to support the implementation of good practices and to improve, monitor and evaluate the quality of chronic disease prevention and care.
