It provides information about the birth of the CHRODIS PLUS Training Tool\, which has been developed to help employers understand the benefits of the workplace inclusion\, integration and reintegration of people suffering from chronic diseases. Managers are encouraged to implement the Training Tool to evaluate inclusiveness and work ability of their teams so as to create facilitating environments for reaching desirable organizational outcomes: productivity\, job satisfaction of all employees\, and organizational commitment. Thus\, it gives a general heads up on the importance and impact of these themes in the society of today. \nThe webinar will demonstrate the importance of informing managers\, HR departments and employers regarding the capacities of people with chronic conditions to continue working\, return to work\, maintenance of work\, fighting stigma and inappropriate behaviors when there is disclosure of a chronic condition. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe encourage you to share this information with your network and promote the link further.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
