The Forum is one of the most important health-related event in the European Union and a meeting point for experts from different fields within the health system. Co-leader of the multimorbidity work\, Rokas Navickas contributed to the session Facing Multimorbidity: Challenges and Responses on Day 2\, sharing essential facts and key trends of co-morbidity across Europe.
