Recommendations Report

The aim of this report is to provide recommendations to project managers, policy makers, stakeholders and practitioners on what needs to be taken into consideration when scaling-up or transferring existing practices and what factors help to make the implementation successful in different contexts.

Partners reviewed the existing work, situation and needs in health promotion and primary prevention, defined an approach to identify good practice examples, organised a conference to join forces in health promotion and primary prevention. Finally, partners held study visits on selected good practice examples. The information gathered through this process feeds the recommendations report on applicability and transferability of practices into different settings and countries.
